Breaking News: Judicial candidate Larsen charged by State Attorney General with breaking the law. The Herald reports: http://www.heraldnet.com/news/attorney-general-office-county-judicial-candidate-broke-law/
I was raised in a small, rural town in Washington by a single mother. I worked my way through college building sleeper-cabs at Paccar Inc. and became the first college graduate in my family. My experiences throughout my childhood taught me the value of strength through adversity and the power of determination. Those lessons have served me well.
My law practice in Snohomish County has been extensive over the past 17 years. As a trial lawyer, I have taken over 100 cases to verdict and with my experience as both a prosecutor and a civil litigator, as well as an arbitrator in Snohomish, King, and Skagit Counties, I believe I have the kind of balanced courtroom experience needed by a trial court judge. I have also worked extensively over the past 10 years as a Judge Pro Tem.
As past president of the Snohomish County Bar Association and a member of the the Sno-Isle Library Board of Trustees and a member of the Edmonds Community College Paralegal Advisory Board, I have enjoyed serving my community here in Snohomish County in a variety of ways.
I believe I will be able to add breadth and depth to the Snohomish County Superior Court bench when I am elected. I hope to earn your respect during my campaign and your vote in November. Thank you.
